During that time she treated acute health problems, managed chronic diseases, specialised in asthma and supported patients with emotional problems using orthodox medicine. However, her interest in understanding and treating the underlying cause of illness led to qualifications in Naturopathy and Chinese Medicine, at College of Naturopathic Medicine, (2006). Followed by post graduate Diploma of Integrative Medicine, University of Buckingham, 2011. Her dedication to health care encompasses the functional medicine, complementary therapies, nutrition and supports a pro-active approach to health which is essential in today’s modern world. This pioneering approach considers the effect of the stress, nutrition and toxicity on health and will empower you to understand and manage your own health. Glenys has successfully helped many people to make positive diet and natural lifestyle changes which have restored health, vitality & mental well being. Her understanding and expertise of mind – body medicine facilitates positive life-long health benefits. She has recently lectured on MSC world cruise ship inspiring healthy living around the world, led workshops, appeared on local radio, and contributed to health articles in women’s and health magazines promoting Natural Health.
