My Juice Plus Story
When I was introduced to Juice Plus, I was of course impressed with the valid studies published in reputable journals which demonstrated the following:

However, I have been a vegetarian for most of my life and regularly supplement with targeted vitamins, minerals, enzymes, herbs and amino acids, so felt no need for Juice Plus! I also thought it was too expensive and not affordable.
I then realised that Juice Plus is really a food product and is much cheaper than actually buying all those tropical fruits, asparagus, artichokes and grapes which would be impossible to consume in a day. As a nutritionist I understand that it is the synergistic effect of different phyto-nutrients that are so much better than isolated vitamins & minerals. Also very safe – so no interactions, contra – indications or adverse effects to worry about!
So, about 4 months ago, I decided to stop all my regular supplements and try Juice Plus Premium. Most of you will be aware that during this time, I have been immobilised following foot surgery and have also been enjoying comforting winter food. 1. I was able to easily go out & run 5 miles after no exercise for 3 months with no post exercise joint stiffness or muscle aches.
2. Even though I say it myself – my skin is better & don’t feel quite so old when I look in the mirror – a real bonus!

My Daughters Stories.
